Dentasys vs Clinic Cloud: multi-specialty software versus dental-only software
Clinic Cloud is Doctoralia's cloud practice management software and works for any healthcare practice: physiotherapy, psychology, aesthetic medicine or dentistry. Dentasys only works for dental clinics. Both are cloud-based with public pricing; what separates them is who each one is built for.
In short
Clinic Cloud is Doctoralia's cloud software for practices of any specialty, with public plans at €29, €49 and €79/month + VAT; the dental chart and periodontal chart are in the Max plan (€79/month + VAT), which includes 5 calendars and charges €10 for each extra calendar. Dentasys is dental-only software at €80/month + VAT with unlimited users, dentists and calendars and no extra modules, including AI-written treatment plans, Dasy (an AI assistant that carries out tasks inside the software), WhatsApp through Meta's official API and marketing measured in patients and euros. Clinic Cloud fits better if your centre is multi-specialty or relies on Doctoralia; Dentasys, if you are a dental clinic and want software that speaks your language.

Same entry price, different starting point
For a dental clinic the fair comparison is not €29 versus €80, because the dental chart is not in Clinic Cloud's entry plans. It is its Max plan, €79/month + VAT, against Dentasys at €80/month + VAT. So far, almost the same.
The difference shows as you grow. The Max plan includes 5 calendars and each extra one adds €10 a month; in Dentasys calendars, dentists and users are unlimited and the fee does not move. With four dentists and a hygienist it makes no difference; with eight professionals each with their own calendar, it starts to show.
What Clinic Cloud does well
Clinic Cloud belongs to Doctoralia, and that matters: if many of your new patients come through your Doctoralia profile, having the calendar connected to its bookings and reviews is a real advantage. Its AI for clinical records (Noa Notes and Noa Summary) is well done, and if dentistry, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine share the same centre, one program for every specialty simplifies things a lot.
What changes when the software is dental-only
Dentasys has no version for other specialties, and you notice it every day: the calendar understands surgeries and chairs, the treatment plan talks about teeth, phases and alternatives, and the AI writes it from what the dentist noted in the record.
Dentasys also measures marketing in what matters to the clinic: how many patients and how many euros each post or ad brings, not just how many visits the profile gets.
- AI-written treatment plans from your clinical notes.
- Dasy, an AI assistant that carries out tasks inside the software.
- WhatsApp through Meta's official API, with booking by chat.
- AI phone receptionist, available now (optional service).
- Interface and patient documents in Catalan.
Where Clinic Cloud is strong (our words)
- · Clear public pricing, with plans from €29/month + VAT for small practices.
- · Direct Doctoralia integration: visible profile, online booking and verified reviews.
- · AI for clinical records (Noa Notes and Noa Summary) and one program for multi-specialty centres.
Our verdict
If your centre is multi-specialty or Doctoralia is your main patient channel, Clinic Cloud is a very good fit. If you are a dental clinic, with several dentists or plans to grow, and want software built just for you, with AI that writes treatment plans and answers the phone for a single fee, Dentasys fits better.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Clinic Cloud dental software?
- Clinic Cloud is Doctoralia's management software for healthcare practices of any specialty. It has a dental and periodontal chart module, which its website places in the Max plan. Dentasys, by contrast, is built exclusively for dental clinics.
- Which is cheaper for a dental clinic, Dentasys or Clinic Cloud?
- With the dental chart, Clinic Cloud costs €79/month + VAT (Max plan, with 5 calendars included and €10 per extra calendar) and Dentasys €80/month + VAT with unlimited calendars, dentists and users. Up to five calendars the price is practically the same; beyond that, Dentasys is cheaper.
- Can I keep receiving Doctoralia bookings if I use Dentasys?
- Dentasys does not connect to Doctoralia. It has its own online booking so patients can book from your website, Google Maps or Instagram, and the appointment goes straight into the calendar. If Doctoralia is your main source of patients, keep that in mind.
- Can I move my data from Clinic Cloud to Dentasys?
- Yes. Our team handles the assisted migration of patients, clinical records, calendar, treatment plans and invoicing. It costs €500 + VAT and is free with the annual plan.
