AI WhatsApp assistant, marketing and implants

  • AI WhatsApp assistant: it answers your patients at any time and in their language, in your clinic's style; it books, moves and cancels appointments, and passes anything else to reception. And the phone receptionist sounds more natural: 30 voices to choose from, a greeting as soon as the call is answered and fewer dropouts. And every morning, «Today» tells you who to call and Dasy guides you call by call, while unanswered recalls reschedule themselves.
  • Instagram, Facebook and your Google profile from Dentasys, with a text for each network and a preview of how it will look on each, knowing how many patients each ad brings you.
  • Consent forms signed before the patient arrives for the appointment, and several treatments completed or their consent forms sent in one go, or signed one after another on the clinic tablet; and the patient's record and health questionnaire kept up to date and signed again, without losing the earlier ones.
  • Implant cards with an instant alert if a manufacturer recalls a batch, opening hours for each surgery and blocks while it is sterilised or out of order, so nobody books that time, invoicing by payment method and a redesigned patient record that shows at a glance what is left to pay, with an account statement as a PDF or by WhatsApp; and each dentist's commission on what they do or on what is collected.
