1. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website dentasys.es, together with the liabilities arising from the use of its contents. Dentasys is practice management software for dental clinics, delivered as a service over the internet. Access to the website is free and requires no prior registration; use of the application is additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions of the service.

2. Conditions of use

Users undertake to use the website in accordance with the law, this legal notice, good faith and public order, refraining from using its contents for unlawful purposes, from introducing programs capable of damaging the owner's or third parties' computer systems, and from attempting to access restricted areas. The owner may suspend access for any user who breaches these conditions.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

Intellectual and industrial property rights over the website, its source code, design, navigation structure, texts, images, videos and the Dentasys software belong to the owner or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited. "Dentasys" is the trading name under which the owner conducts business, as declared to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).

4. Disclaimer

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or that its contents are entirely free of errors, although reasonable measures are taken to prevent and correct them. The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer. In all other cases, and unless the applicable rules provide otherwise, the courts of Tarragona shall have jurisdiction.
