* WhatsApp cost (Meta’s official rate, no markup, plus VAT): €0.0166 per reminder or notice and €0.0585 per marketing message. Receiving is FREE, and so is replying to patients up to 1,000 messages a month; after that, €0.0166 each.
* 300 AI credits a month included for the whole clinic, renewed automatically on the 1st. Most AI actions use 1 credit (a question to Dasy, reading an invoice, preparing a treatment plan, writing a post…); in Marketing, an image uses 3 and a Reels video 10 to 32 (details below, from 20 November 2026). If they run out, AI rests until the 1st or you top up with a pack of 250 credits for €15 (plus VAT) for that month. The rest of Dentasys keeps working as usual.

AI comes with your subscription, with a monthly allowance for the whole clinic, and you can always see how much you've used. No surprises.

How they work
- • You get 300 credits a month included in your subscription. They renew automatically on the 1st at no cost, and unused credits don't carry over.
- • In Settings you can see how many the clinic has used, and we warn you at 80%.
- • If they run out, only the AI features pause until the 1st; the rest of Dentasys works as usual.
- • If you don't want to wait, top up with a pack of 250 credits for €15 + VAT (€0.06 per credit). It's valid for that month, doesn't carry over and doesn't renew automatically: you only order it when you need it.
Frequently asked questions
Why unlimited users?
We believe modern software shouldn't penalize your growth. While competitors charge per chair or extra doctor, we want you to onboard your entire team so your clinic runs like clockwork.
What's the advantage of the annual plan?
With the annual plan, you pay €70/month + VAT instead of €80/month + VAT and save the €500 + VAT Migration Pack fee. It's the best option if you're already sure Dentasys is right for your clinic.
How do WhatsApp messages work?
To start a conversation (e.g., reminders), you must use a Meta-Approved Template (prices plus VAT): €0.0166 for a reminder or notice, €0.0585 for marketing. If the patient replies, a 24-hour Session opens where you can answer in free text: the first 1,000 messages a month are FREE, then €0.0166 each.
What happens if they reply after 24 hours?
The session closes. To write to them again, you'll need to send another conversation-initiating template.
What are AI credits?
It's the AI allowance included in your subscription: 300 credits a month for the whole clinic, renewed free on the 1st. Almost everything uses 1 credit (a question to Dasy, reading an invoice, preparing a treatment plan…); a social media image uses 3 and a video 10 to 32 (from 20 November 2026). If the AI can't do it, the credit is returned, and what our team does for you uses nothing. If they run out, top up with 250 credits for €15 + VAT for that month or wait until the 1st.
Does social media marketing cost extra?
Running it yourself is included: connect Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile, plan, write with AI (uses credits) and publish. If you'd rather we do it, managed marketing is run by a manager from our team and costs €250/month + VAT (launch price for the first 20 clinics to sign up). It includes 20 posts a month (4 carousels, 2 single-image posts, 2 reels, 8 stories and 4 on your Google profile) and 1 ad campaign, with a monthly report; you review the month in one go, and anything you don't review within 3 working days is approved automatically. Either way, your ad spend is paid directly to Meta.
What about e-invoicing (VERI*FACTU)?
Dentasys issues invoices, credit notes and invoice series. The VERI*FACTU obligation has been postponed; we will adapt billing to the rule before it comes into force.
