To start a conversation (e.g., reminders), you must use a Meta-Approved Template (0.07€). If the patient replies, a 24-hour Session opens where you can send free-text messages for FREE.
What happens if they reply after 24 hours?
The session closes. To write to them again, you'll need to send another conversation-initiating template.
