1. Right to Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
In accordance with GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete your user account, clinic settings, and all patient data associated with your account. Please note that this action is irreversible and we cannot recover the information once deleted.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate the data deletion process, please email our support team with the following information:

Our team will process your request within a maximum of 30 days and confirm deletion once completed.
3. Data Retention for Legal Obligations
Please note that we may be required to retain certain data (such as billing records) for a specific period to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, even after your account has been closed.
